Since we sell land, returning it isn’t an option. However, we offer cancellation and refund options under specific conditions.

• Before Signing the Sale Agreement:If you decide to cancel your purchase before signing the sale agreement, you will receive a full refund of your booking amount.
• After Signing the Sale Agreement:If you need to cancel after signing the sale agreement but before completing the final payment, the refund will be subject to the terms outlined in the agreement. Please be aware that a cancellation fee might apply.

To qualify for a refund, please ensure:

• Your cancellation request adheres to the terms mentioned above.
• All necessary documents and agreements are completed and returned.

• Once your cancellation is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If that’s not possible, we’ll work with you to find an alternative.
